2.booking & planning
Once you have chosen your collection, add ons & we finalize your details , you'll receive a tailored proposal including your contract and invoice followed by a simple booking process to secure your date!
3.wedding day
As your wedding day approaches, we will finalize all details and timelines. Once your wedding day comes around you will spend the day living in the moment and your day will be beautifully documented through a romantic intentional approach.
4.Delivery
You can expect sneak viewing and your gallery / film filled with the amazing moments of your day delivered in an online gallery.

Bethany did our wedding video back in September and did such an amazing job. She was my personal hype woman, got all my dream video clips, and made the most beautiful video. She was so kind, made sure I had everything I needed, worked amazingly with my photographer, and delivered it to us quickly. She’s became a good friend to us and I’ll continue to use her for all of our special moments.

FAQ
Do you travel for photoshoots?
I am based in NW Arkansas ( Gravette ) and SW Missouri ( Noel ) but I adore traveling and seeing new places!
Currently I am only offering travel within the United States.
How will we receive our gallery?
You will receive an online viewing link that allows you to download & view your moments over & over again while also being able to share them with the ones you love most.
You will also receive a wedding print box in the mail that includes your full gallery and film on a usb with a few extra goodies after final delivery.
How do you protect our photos and films?
On your wedding day I carry multiple camera bodies and lenses.
Your images and footage are recorded to dual cards so that I have two copies of each moment captured.
Once I depart your wedding I take the SD cards with your images and footage on them and back them up onto external hard drives.
Your moments are important to me and my promise to you is that I am taking the best care of them at all times!
How do I secure my wedding date?
To reserve your requested date and services, I require a 25% non refundable retainer and a signed wedding contract. I'm honored to be working with you for your special day!
How do travel expenses work?
For local locations within AR, MO, OK , KS travel is calculated per mile with lodging.
For US destination locations there is a flat rate $1200 travel fee for lodging accommodations, flight and rental rates.
Do you offer cosmetic editing & altering?
YOU are beautiful & I find importance in documenting moments and people as they are. I offer soft retouching of images but I do not offer cosmetic photoshopping.
Soft retouches include smoothing of skin and wrinkles, minor blemish removals, background object removals, makeup fixes, etc....
For videography I offer smoothing of skin in footage but I can not remove unwanted items. Post production for filming is very different from photography and is limited.
What if we do not plan to do personal vows? How will this affect our wedding film?
I always recommend some sort of personal audio to add into your film... a huge part of a wedding film is the chosen audio!
If you would prefer to not add those personal touches, the audio included in your film is typically a musical background track as well as ceremony / vow audio, and can include audio from first looks, speeches, exits etc...
I think having audio from personal moments such as handwritten vows, or the reading of notes written to each other can give an audio track the perfect amount of sentiment and emotion.
