Once your date is secure, it is time to start planning! You are officially one step closer to your wedding day video dreams coming true! I am so excited to work with you!
STEP FOUR
THE PROCESS
I will be working on compiling your wants & needs to prepare your custom & unique experience while working with me. You will have access to a wedding planning guide, phone consultations during the entire time leading up to your special day & about a month before your wedding we will begin creating your wedding timeline & filming must have list. Once your big day arrives , I will make sure you are living your day in the moment & that I am documenting every piece of your day with the utmost care. Once your day is complete you can expect sneak viewing
{ varies per collection } and your film filled with all of the best moments of your day, your romance, connection, emotions & feelings within 4 - 6 weeks! Expect a print gift box in the mail - the celebration isn't over!
Once you have chosen your collection & we finalize your details , I will send over your wedding contract and invoice. A 25% non refundable retainer must be paid and your contract signed within 48 hours of receiving it to reserve your requested date.
Once you send in your inquiry I will be in touch within 24 - hours to chat about details, questions and your wedding video wants and needs!

What makes you different from other photographers?My focus is you and your wedding day dreams! I am not only documenting your day but I strive to know you on a deeper level , allowing me to understand what makes you and your partner who you are, the things you love and the visions that you have dreamt up! My approach to documenting your day starts with connection, followed by your uniqueness and the raw emotions, extreme laughter, eager smiles and immense love. I am rooted deeply in serving others and I believe that you and your day deserve to be captured authentically and honorably.

How do you protect and take care of our photos?On your wedding day I carry multiple camera bodies and lenses to ensure that I am able to capture all moments, the additional camera bodies and lenses guarantee that if one were to malfunction I have an additional ready to go so that zero moments are missed. Your images are recorded to dual cards the entire day so that I have two copies of each moment captured. I also carry additional SD cards, as well as batteries and their chargers. While most of the extras stay packed in my camera bag, at all times of the day I carry extra SD cards and Batteries in my on person fanny pack allowing me to exchange out if necessary without needing to visit my bag frequently. Once I depart your wedding I take the SD cards with your images on them and back them up onto two external hard drives, and the raw images are kept on the dual SD cards until I have delivered your final gallery! Your moments are important to me and my promise to you is that I am taking the best care of them at all times!

How do I secure my wedding date and how much is the retainer fee?To reserve your requested date and services, I require a 25% non refundable retainer and a signed wedding contract! Once these have been completed your wedding is reserved and I am so ecstatic to be documenting your love story and all of the sentimental moments that come with your day!

What do you consider your editing style?I am a storyteller, I want your story to come to life through timeless images! My goal is to always achieve edits that have creamy warmth while staying true to color, each gallery will also feature silky black and white edits as well.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes I do. I know that weddings can be expensive and I would be happy to create a custom payment plan specific to you and your partners needs. I offer monthly, quarterly and two payments after receiving the retainer ( one half way through the year & one 7 days before your reserved date !)

Do you travel?Yes I Love traveling! Currently I am only offering travel within the United States. Locations outside of 60 miles from Gravette Arkansas will have an added travel fee. Average local travel fees range from $50 - $250 Average destination travel fees range from $500 - $2500

How do travel expenses work?Let me know where you are thinking of going & I will do the research for hotel prices, flights, etc... Once we determine the travel expenses they will be included in your final price quote and I will take care of all bookings to get me where I need to go! ( once the travel is booked, the travel fees are NON refundable ) Average travel costs for destination weddings and elopements is $500-$2500. For closer to home weddings, Travel is calculated at .75 cents per mile. Locations further than 2.5 hours from my location may require lodging dependent upon the chosen wedding coverage.

How will we receive our images?Once your complete gallery is ready, all images are viewable and downloadable via a private online gallery provided through pixieset.com Through this link you can also share your full gallery on social media and order prints through your custom print shop from Bethany Sanny Photo and Film. I will also be mailing a wedding print box including a usb with all final images on it!

How many photos can we expect to receive from our wedding?All wedding and elopement galleries are returned with an average of 50 - 75 images per hour of coverage time. Things like the size of your wedding, number of guests, time allotted for photos , locations, travel time between locations etc.. all of these can be factors of how many photos will be delivered in your final gallery!

What is your turnaround time?My turnaround time for wedding photo galleries is 4-6 weeks, if you book a combo package for both photo and video services my turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. For photo collections you can expect sneak peek images within 72 hours after your wedding. I understand you are excited to see your images, I pride myself on creating timeless images that will be cherished for years to come and these take time! Please note the following things can affect turnaround times: prime wedding season, the collection chosen , post delivery editing requests, etc.. If you would like to put a "rush" on your gallery there is a base fee of $1000 to advance your gallery to a 2-4 week turnaround time.

If you are unable to make it to our wedding what do we do?Please note : I am usually only unavailable if it is due to an extreme illness or emergency and in some cases due to weather permitted issues. If I am unable to cover your wedding or elopement { a pre set event } I will send an associate photographer that I have trained and works under me or a photographer that I photograph with regularly and trust to give you the same experience you would be getting directly from me. The associate will capture your wedding, however editing and communication will still be completed by Bethany Sanny Photo and Film!

Do you charge a rescheduling/cancellation fee?If you cancel your wedding you will be refunded your payments excluding the non refundable retainer as long as you cancel 90 days prior to your secured wedding date. If you cancel within 90 days of your wedding date you will be refunded everything excluding the non refundable retainer as well as a 25% cancellation fee. I only charge rescheduling fees if rescheduling is requested within 90 days of your wedding date. Rescheduling fees are non refundable and are 15% of the final collection price.

Do you offer discounts?I do not offer discounts as I have priced my work as a reflection of the value of my time, my experience and my knowledge as well as your experience while working with Bethany Sanny Photo and Film. I am honored that you are interested in booking me to document your life's most precious and sentimental moments. At this time I do not offer discounts to collections and packages that are prebuilt however I do offer custom packages that can be tailored to your budget! Do you do cosmetic editing & altering?I do soft retouches of images but I do not do major cosmetic photoshopping such as altering bodies or personal appearances... Soft retouches include smoothing of skin and wrinkles, minor blemish removals, background object removals, makeup fixes, etc.... If there is something that you may be self conscious about please communicate these with me and I will pay close attention while capturing images to try and avoid these certain things.

Do you deliver RAW images?Simply put, no! I do not deliver raw images to my clients , many people ask why and my response is always that raw images do not show the true quality of the work that I produce or represent the uniqueness and creativity of my editing! More than likely you have hired me because of the work I have produced and showcased across my social media as well as my website, I promise that your images will be a reflection of that too! A significant part of being a photographer is the editing process and how unique it is to each photographer! The reason a client chooses a specific photographer is usually because they enjoy the photographers editing style / approach to capturing those images. The editing process is different for everyone, and I adore how my clients trust me enough to edit their photos according to my own creative direction. In addition raw files are large in size and often take additional softwares for viewing. If you have concerns about your final production please let me know so that we can resolve any issues.

Do we choose a location or do you?I am always here to recommend locations that will fit your vibe and style as well as locations that are easily accessible , or if you are up for an adventure / challenge we will find a good spot for that too. However if you have a location that you would like to do your session at, lets do it!!

How will we receive our images?All images are viewable and downloadable by a private online gallery provided through pixieset.com upon delivery of your final gallery you will receive the viewing link and private download code!

How many photos can we expect to receive?All packages have a set amount of images that are included in the final delivery of your gallery. In the case there are additional images that I view as deliverable { this is at my discretion } you may have the option to purchase the additional images at a set price of $5 per image.

What time do you recommend to take photos?I always recommend golden hour + blue hour either sunset or sunrise! If those times are not your vibe, I will do everything in my power to find locations that have shade sources as well as lovely surroundings for direct sun images!

If you are unable to make it to a session what do we do?Please note : I am usually only unavailable to make sessions due to illness, emergency and in some cases due to weather permitted issues. If I am unable to make it to a session due to sickness , emergencies or weather issues, we will work to find a mutually available date for rescheduling your session. If you would prefer to not reschedule payments excluding the retainer would be refunded { This is only if I Bethany Sanny Photo and Film is the reason for cancellation }
