* please note that your contract and invoice expire in 72 hours & this proposal will be available for one week after signing your contract and submitting your retainer! However you will have full access to your contract and invoice via links at all times. You are officially booked once you have submitted your signed contract and retainer payment.
REVIEW & SIGN CONTRACT
This contract is essential to protect us both and make this agreement legal. The contract also helps set up expectations for moving forward and working together. Because contracts can often feel complicated and overwhelming, most of the clauses are simplified so that they are as easy as possible to understand. I hope that helps, but if you have any questions feel free to reach out! Your contract will expire in 72 hours, but if you need more time please let me know and we can chat about extending the proposal!
REVIEW INVOICE & PAY RETAINER
After signing the contract, you can return to this email to view your invoice and complete your payment for the $____ non refundable retainer.
Your remaining payments are split equally and are due 2 months and 14 days prior to your wedding date.
OR
Your remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.
( You have the option to submit payments via card or ach/bank transfer, this is entirely up to you however I typically recommend the bank transfer as the processing fees are less. )
