On your wedding day I carry multiple camera bodies and lenses to ensure that I am able to capture all moments, the additional camera bodies and lenses guarantee that if one were to malfunction I have an additional ready to go so that zero moments are missed. Your images and footage are recorded to dual cards the entire day so that I have two copies of each moment captured. I also carry additional SD cards, as well as batteries and their chargers. While most of the extras stay packed in my camera bag, at all times of the day I carry extra SD cards and Batteries in my on person fanny pack allowing me to exchange out if necessary without needing to visit my bag frequently. Once I depart your wedding I take the SD cards with your images and footage on them and back them up onto two external hard drives, and the raw images and footage are kept on the dual SD cards until I have delivered your final gallery! Your moments are important to me and my promise to you is that I am taking the best care of them at all times!

To reserve your requested date and services, I require a 25% non refundable retainer and a signed wedding contract. Once these have been completed your wedding is reserved and I am so ecstatic to be documenting your love story and all of the sentimental moments that come with your day! * Once your contract and invoice is sent you will have 48 hours to submit the retainer and signed contract back before the requested date is released onto my calendar as available. I understand that this is a huge commitment and investment and I do not take that lightly, however I like to be fair to others that may be waiting to potentially reserve that requested date as well.

Yes I do. I know that weddings can be an investment and this payment plan allows you to reserve your dream services without the large upfront payments. PAYMENT 1- This is your retainer payment to reserve your date on my calendar! 25% of your final booking price, non-refundable. (Due on booking day.) PAYMENT 2- This is your 2nd payment, which is 1/2 of your remaining balance. (Due 3 months from Wedding Day.) PAYMENT 3- This is your 3rd and final payment, which is the second 1/2 of your remaining balance. (Due 2 weeks from Wedding Day.)

Yes I Love traveling! Currently I am only offering travel within the United States. Locations outside of 60 miles from Gravette Arkansas will have an added travel fee. Average local travel fees range from $50 - $250 Average destination travel fees range from $500 - $2500

Let me know where you are thinking of going & I will do the research for hotel prices, flights, etc... Once we determine the travel expenses they will be included in your final price quote and I will take care of all bookings to get me where I need to go! ( once the travel is booked, the travel fees are NON refundable ) Average travel costs for destination weddings and elopements is $800-$2500. For closer to home weddings, Travel is calculated at .75 cents per mile. Locations further than 2.5 hours from my location may require lodging dependent upon the chosen wedding coverage.

Once your complete gallery is ready, all images are viewable and downloadable via a private online gallery provided through pixieset.com Through this link you can also share your full gallery on social media and order prints through your custom print shop from Bethany Sanny Photo and Film. Your film will also be available for viewing through a link in your pixieset gallery! I will also be mailing a wedding print box that includes your full gallery and film on a usb!

All wedding and elopement galleries are returned with an average of 50 - 75 images per hour of coverage time. Your film length will vary upon your chosen videography coverage / collection booked! The most popular videography collection booked is 8 hours of coverage and includes an average film length of 6 - 8 minutes! Things like the size of your wedding, number of guests, time allotted for photographing/filming , locations, travel time between locations etc.. all of these can be factors of how many images are captured and how long your final film will be.

My turnaround time for individual bookings of either wedding photography or videography have a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks, combination collections for both photo and video services have a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks. You can expect sneak peek images & a small teaser film within 72 hours after your wedding. I understand you are excited to see your images and film, I pride myself on creating timeless galleries full of creative variety that will be cherished for years to come and these take time! Please note the following things can affect turnaround times: prime wedding season, the collection chosen , post delivery editing requests, etc.. If you would like to put a "rush" on your gallery there is a base fee of $1000 to advance your gallery to a 2-4 week turnaround time.

Please note : I am usually only unavailable if it is due to an extreme illness or emergency and in some cases due to weather permitted issues. If I am unable to cover your wedding or elopement { a pre set event } I will send an associate photographer /videographer that I have trained and works under me or a photographer/videographer that I work with with regularly and trust to give you the same experience you would be getting directly from me. The associate will capture your wedding, however editing and communication will still be completed by Bethany Sanny Photo and Film!

If you cancel your wedding you will be refunded your payments excluding the non refundable retainer as long as you cancel 90 days prior to your secured wedding date. If you cancel within 90 days of your wedding date you will be refunded everything excluding the non refundable retainer as well as a 25% cancellation fee. I only charge rescheduling fees if rescheduling is requested within 90 days of your wedding date. Rescheduling fees are non refundable and are 15% of the final collection price.

I do not offer discounts as I have priced my work as a reflection of the value of my time, my experience and my knowledge as well as your experience while working with Bethany Sanny Photo and Film. I am honored that you are interested in booking me to document your life's most precious and sentimental moments. At this time I do not offer discounts to collections and packages that are prebuilt however I do offer custom packages that can be tailored to your budget! PHOTOGRAPHY>> I do soft retouches of images but I do not do major cosmetic photoshopping such as altering bodies or personal appearances... Soft retouches include smoothing of skin and wrinkles, minor blemish removals, background object removals, makeup fixes, etc.... VIDEOGRAPHY>> Post production for filming is very different from photography editing. While I can smooth and blur footage in a small amount I can not remove unwanted items, or blemishes. Video footage is much harder to manipulate than imagery is. If there is something that you may be self conscious about please communicate these with me and I will pay close attention while filming to try and avoid these certain things.

I do not deliver raw images to my clients , many people ask why and my response is always that raw images do not show the true quality of the work that I produce or represent the uniqueness and creativity of my editing! More than likely you have hired me because of the work I have produced and showcased across my social media as well as my website, I promise that your images will be a reflection of that too! A significant part of being a photographer is the editing process and how unique it is to each photographer! The reason a client chooses a specific photographer is usually because they enjoy the photographers editing style / approach to capturing those images. The editing process is different for everyone, and I adore how my clients trust me enough to edit their photos according to my own creative direction. In addition raw files are large in size and often take additional softwares for viewing. If you have concerns about your final production please let me know so that we can resolve any issues.

I always recommend some sort of personal audio to add into your film... a huge part of a wedding film is the chosen audio! If you would prefer to not add those personal touches, the audio included in your film is typically a musical background track as well as ceremony / vow audio, and can include audio from first looks, speeches, exits etc... I think having audio from personal moments such as handwritten vows, or the reading of notes written to each other can give an audio track the perfect amount of sentiment and emotion.

All packages have a set amount of images that are included in the final delivery of your gallery. In the case there are additional images that I view as deliverable { this is at my discretion } you may have the option to purchase the additional images at a set price of $5 per image.

I always recommend golden hour + blue hour either sunset or sunrise! If those times are not your vibe, I will do everything in my power to find locations that have shade sources as well as lovely surroundings for direct sun images!
